Common questions
Do I need a vector logo, or is a photo fine?
Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) are best because they scale cleanly. We can also work from high-resolution PNG or JPG, and we will redraw or trace if needed. If you only have a rough sketch, we have done that too.
Are these parts dishwasher-safe?
PETG parts are dishwasher-safe on low-temp cycles (under 60 degrees Celsius). PLA is not. We pick the right material for each item and tell you which cycle to use.
Can you match my exact brand colour?
We stock a wide range of colours and can colour-match closely. For an exact Pantone or hex match, we paint or coat the part after production. Send us your hex code or Pantone reference.
What if I want something not in your catalogue?
That is most of what we do. The catalogue is a starting menu. If you have a one-off item (a custom hostess stand sign, an under-bar bottle organizer sized to your speed rail, a quirky garnish pick shaped like your mascot) we will design it and quote it.
How fast can I get a sample?
New designs take 1-2 weeks from logo to first sample. Once approved, local delivery is 1-2 days. Rush design available for a surcharge.
Do you do one-off events or seasonal pushes?
Yes. Private events, beer festival kits, sponsor-night swag, themed weeks (Oktoberfest tap handles, Pride Month drink markers, Halloween table tents). Tell us the date you need them by; we will work backwards.
